Manifesto

When the benefits of automation were first discovered, we thought that automating everything would be the best thing to do.
 
Now, we question what should be automated and how we should do it–in ways that make sense for people.​ We have to find the optimum in creating more and more autonomous and sophisticated automation systems.

This is a challenge that we should master in the future in order to keep work fun, attractive, safe, and efficient, and also make it cheaper, more convenient, and accessible. Balancing technology and people, economics and pleasure, democracy and technocracy, and autonomy and transparency, is a constant reflection we make when we ideate, design, build and implement disruptive digital solutions.
